AUM Fee

DeFiVerse will charge an annual AUM fee of 1% or 100bps on a per investor basis. The fees is charged on the total investment. The fees will be charged when:

  1. Investor exits or re-enters a Portfolio.

  2. When Asset managers charge fees.

  3. The protocol will charge fees approximately once every 3 months.

Fee switches and amount of fees charged can be modified through governance.
