We incentivize top performing portfolios based on various metrics. These metrics serve as benchmarks to evaluate performance, and strategies that excel in these areas are recognized as top performers. Incentives provided to these strategies can include monetary rewards, enhanced industry visibility or access to additional resources.

Profitable Asset managers and investors earn performance rewards based on their staking level.

The following table highlights the amount of tokens that asset managers need to stake as well as the rewards earned at each tier.

The rewards earned will be measured against a performance fee rate of 10%. This means that whenever asset managers charge performance fee, the protocol will pay out rewards, as if the performance fee is 10%. This is done to ensure that even if a strategy is charging low performance fees, the rewards are based purely on the profitability of the strategy. Eg. Alice is on tier 7 of the staking program. Alice earns $1000 through a strategy and pays a performance fee of 20% i.e. $200. The platform will offer rewards as if the fees is 10%. Alice's fees paid will be considered 10% * $1,000 =$100 Tier 7 rewards- 20% * $100= $20.
